Sales opportunities often begin before the RFQ.

Demand is created when a project is funded, approved, tendered, awarded or prepared for mobilisation. By the time an RFQ reaches the market, competitors may already have spoken with the customer, understood the work and shaped the opportunity.

Scattered intelligence

Important project and company signals are spread across numerous sources and are difficult for busy salespeople to monitor consistently.

Late engagement

Sales teams often discover demand once formal quoting begins, when the conversation is already focused on price.

Narrow coverage

Attention can become fixed on the most familiar contractor or eventual winner while other likely tenderers, subcontractors and prospects remain untouched.

Platform

Turn market signals into a focused call plan.

Foremesh is intended to help users move from broad market information to prioritised, explainable sales action.

Track upcoming projects

Monitor relevant tenders, planning approvals, contract awards, expansions, shutdowns, maintenance programmes and other demand-creating events.

Identify likely participants

Use comparable project and tender history to surface companies that may pursue or participate in upcoming work.

Monitor your portfolio

Focus on selected customers, prospects and related company networks rather than being overwhelmed by every market announcement.

Map company relationships

Record and understand relationships between head contractors, subcontractors, joint ventures, delivery partners, parent entities and related companies.

Explain every signal

Show why an opportunity appears, where the information came from and whether it is confirmed, inferred or entered by the user.

Expose coverage gaps

Track which relevant companies have been contacted and highlight potential participants that have not yet been engaged.

Evidence and inference must never look the same.

Foremesh is being designed around a clear trust model so users can understand exactly what they are seeing.

An inferred company is not presented as a confirmed tenderer unless a source verifies its involvement.
Evidenced

A reliable source directly supports the claim. Users can view the source and the relevant supporting passage.

Example: A government notice confirms that a road project has entered tender.
Inferred

A rule or model suggests a likely outcome based on comparable projects, project type, value, location, capability or historical participation.

Example: A contractor may be relevant because it has tendered on several similar NSW road projects.
Known

The user has manually recorded the information based on their own market knowledge.

Example: A subcontractor is known to regularly work with a particular head contractor.
How It Works

From public signal to commercial action.

01

Discover

Collect project, procurement, planning, award, maintenance and company signals from appropriate public sources.

02

Verify

Retain the original source, supporting evidence and date so the user can inspect why the signal was published.

03

Connect

Resolve company names, projects, locations and relationships into structured records.

04

Prioritise

Apply explainable scoring, portfolio relevance and likely demand logic.

05

Act

Present recommended follow-up, contact coverage and the companies most relevant to the opportunity.

Use Cases

Designed around real project-sales workflows.

Tender coverage

Build a broader view of companies that may pursue an upcoming project and identify who has not yet been contacted.

Account monitoring

Track project, award, expansion and maintenance signals affecting selected customers and prospects.

New-business discovery

Surface relevant companies that are not yet mapped to a portfolio and review them as potential prospects.

Subcontractor opportunity mapping

Look beyond the head contractor to the businesses likely to perform the packages where actual purchasing demand may sit.

Territory planning

Prioritise projects and organisations across a geographic market or defined sales territory.

Strategic account coverage

Monitor selected customers and the companies connected to their projects, partnerships and supply chains.

Who It's For

Built for people who sell into projects.

Built around relevance, trust and action.

01

Evidence before assertion

Confirmed claims should be supported by accessible evidence.

02

Inference with explanation

Predictions should show the factors and rules behind them.

03

Portfolio before noise

Relevance to the user's customers, prospects and market should influence priority.

04

Action before volume

Success should be measured by useful follow-up, not the number of alerts generated.

The difference

What changes when you see the field first

B2B supplier sales teams using Foremesh stop chasing work that's already been awarded — and start building relationships before the first RFQ lands.

6–18 months

Earlier engagement

Surface project signals before the tender is even published — giving your team time to build the relationship, not just respond to an RFQ.

4 hrs → 20 min

Faster bid research

Stop manually trawling AusTender, state portals, and industry news. Foremesh aggregates and scores every relevant opportunity automatically.

2× win rate

More work won

Teams that engage earlier win more. Foremesh puts you in front of the right projects at the right time — before your competitors even know they exist.

What teams say

Built for the way Australian project sales actually works

We used to find out about major projects when the tender hit AusTender — by then the relationships were already locked in. Foremesh changed that completely. We're now in conversations 12 months before the award.

The Signal Brief alone saves our team hours every week. Instead of manually checking five different portals, we get a single morning briefing with everything scored and prioritised. It's like having an extra analyst.

We supply into QLD and NSW and tracking state procurement was a nightmare. Foremesh pulls it all into one place and flags the ones that match our capability. The alert rules are genuinely useful — not just noise.

About

Why Foremesh is being built.

Foremesh began with a practical sales problem: valuable project intelligence exists publicly, but it is fragmented, time-consuming to monitor and difficult to turn into a focused commercial action plan. The product is being developed to help project-driven salespeople move earlier, understand a broader field of potential participants and avoid concentrating attention only after the opportunity becomes obvious.

Help shape the future of project intelligence.

Foremesh is currently under development. We are interested in hearing from salespeople, sales leaders and project-focused businesses that want earlier visibility into upcoming work and better coverage of the companies likely to participate.

Early conversations will help validate workflows, source coverage and the problems Foremesh should solve first.
