The platform

Every screen. Every signal. Every decision.

Foremesh is a project and market intelligence platform built for B2B supplier sales teams. Here is what it actually does.

Radar

Your morning briefing, built from public data.

The Radar screen opens on a priority queue of leads ranked by opportunity score — a weighted combination of signal strength, buying intensity, timing, project size, source quality, location and recency. KPIs show new leads awaiting triage, unassigned high-score opportunities, quotes outstanding and wins this month. A signal detection chart and team workload bars sit alongside a live alert feed.

Scores update in real time as you adjust weighting. A lead that was ranked fifth this morning can move to first if you increase the timing weight — and every rep on the team sees the same re-rank immediately.
Lead triage

Filter, assign and advance leads without leaving the list.

The triage view offers a dense table and an evidence feed. Filter by sector, region, classification, pipeline stage, owner and minimum score. Sort by score, newest detected, soonest activity, project value or confidence. Bulk-select leads to assign, advance stage or export to CSV in one action.

Each lead carries a relevance tier — Portfolio (your accounts), Network (companies that subcontract to your accounts), Interest (companies you are watching) and Background. Tier is computed from your account list and the relationship edges you have entered, not from a generic industry database.
Lead detail

Evidence, prediction and activity in one place.

Open a lead and you see three tabs. Evidence shows the source record — every publisher, tier and excerpt that triggered the detection, plus the decision-maker and any contacts you have linked. Prediction shows the predicted buying requirements: product or service category, likelihood, expected timing and the reasoning behind each line. Activity shows the full history of system detections and manual notes.

The score breakdown panel shows exactly how the score was calculated — each of the eight factors, the points earned and the maximum available. Change the weights in Scoring rules and the breakdown updates live.
Upcoming projects

See who is likely to price a job before the award narrows the field.

Upcoming projects tracks work in planning, procurement or tender — before a contract is awarded to a single contractor. For each project, Foremesh builds a potential bidder universe: companies confirmed on a published shortlist, companies that have tendered, and companies inferred from comparable project history, geography and capability.

Coverage is shown as a percentage of the bidder universe you have already engaged. A gap note tells you which companies have no recorded contact. You can add a company you know is pricing the job, record your reasoning, and log contact against them — all before the award is public.
Signal briefing

Verified real-world signals, compiled from public sources.

The Signal briefing screen surfaces major project announcements, contract awards and procurement movements from the last 90 days — each with a buying angle that explains what supplier demand the signal implies. Items are tagged Released, Upcoming or Watch and filtered by kind.

Every item names its publisher. Nothing in the briefing is inferred — it is a structured read of public announcements, ASX releases, government newsrooms and industry press, compiled on every fetch.
Territory map

Leads and projects plotted against your branch network.

Select any territory and a radius. The map shows leads colour-coded by score, your office locations, and upcoming project sites as diamonds. A regions-in-range panel lists every region with active leads, the best score in each and the average distance. Save territory views and build call routes.

Distance is computed from the selected territory to each lead site using the Haversine formula. The nearest territory to any lead is shown on the lead detail header — useful when a site is closer to a different team than the one you manage.
Pipeline

A Kanban view across five stages.

New, Contacted, Quoted, Won and Lost columns show every lead in your pipeline. Move cards forward or back with a single click. Filter by owner. Project value totals appear at the top of each column.

Stage changes log to the activity history automatically. A lead moved from Quoted back to Contacted records the reversal with a timestamp — the history is append-only and cannot be edited.
Portfolio and accounts

Your CRM accounts, enriched with live signals.

Import your account list and Foremesh maps each account to a company family. Accounts with a live signal are flagged; quiet accounts are listed separately. A network panel lets you record which companies subcontract to, supply or joint-venture with your accounts — these relationships flow into the relevance tier calculation for every lead.

Relevance tiers are computed per-company, not per-lead. If a company enters your network because it subcontracts to one of your accounts, every lead involving that company is automatically elevated to Network tier across the whole platform.
Sources

18 source types, configurable per team.

Foremesh monitors government tender portals (NSW eTendering, AusTender, ACT Tenders), planning portals, council DA registers, the EPA licence register, ASX announcements, infrastructure pipelines, ministerial releases, utility newsrooms, industry press, regional news, public job advertisements and company newsrooms. Each source has a tier, a cadence and a 30-day useful rate.

Switch sources on or off per team. Add your own RSS feeds, page watches or tender portal URLs. Set a monthly LLM spend cap and choose between rule-based extraction and LLM enrichment. Tier 1 registers always fetch on the fastest cadence available to your plan.
Scoring rules

Eight weights, tunable in real time.

Signal strength, buying intensity, timing, project size, source quality, location relevance, decision-maker visibility and information recency. Adjust any weight with a slider and every lead re-ranks immediately — on web and on the phone app. A live preview shows the top leads under the current weighting and how each has moved.

Override rules sit on top of the score: suppress leads outside your territory range, hide categories your team does not cover, down-rank Tier 4 sources. These rules apply after scoring and cannot be overridden by a high raw score.
Alerts and digests

Saved searches delivered on your schedule.

Build a saved search with any combination of sector, region, classification and score threshold. Set delivery to immediate, daily digest or weekly digest. Route to email or a Slack channel. Each search shows its match count and can be run on demand.

Global thresholds set a minimum confidence level and the classifications that trigger an alert. Individual alert preferences control whether quiet accounts, unassigned high-score leads and weekly summaries generate notifications.
Reporting

Where the wins come from, and where leads leak out.

A six-month bar chart of leads detected versus won. A loss analysis showing the five most common reasons — incumbent preferred supplier, contacted too late, capacity not available, price, project deferred. Source attribution maps each win back to the source type that first detected it. Rep performance shows open leads, wins and conversion rate for the quarter.

Loss reasons are entered manually when a lead is moved to Lost. The platform does not infer why you lost — it records what you tell it. This keeps the data honest and makes the analysis actionable.

How the score is calculated.

Eight factors, each with a configurable weight. The default weights add to 100.

Signal strength

20

How firm is the evidence that work is committed? A confirmed contract award scores higher than a planning application.

Buying intensity

20

How much supplier spend does this type of work typically generate? A major infrastructure project scores higher than a small fit-out.

Timing

15

How close is the buying decision window? Work starting next month scores higher than work starting next year.

Project size

15

Scale of the works package. A $500M project scores higher than a $10M project.

Source quality

10

Tier and independence of the sources. A contract award register scores higher than a job advertisement.

Location relevance

10

Distance from a servicing territory. A site 5 km from your office scores higher than one 400 km away.

Decision-maker visibility

5

Can you see who controls the buying decision? A named procurement manager scores higher than an unknown.

Information recency

5

How fresh is the newest source? A signal detected today scores higher than one detected three weeks ago.
